The old counters look nice in this picture, but they are tile counter tops. They are impossible to clean and water can stay in the little cracks forever. We wanted a new counter top so we could stop fighting the tile. We hope we can show you the new counters tomorrow! Because our counters are being redone, we had to eat out tonight. We got some Chinese food and the children loved it. Caleb got a great fortune cookie tonight. His fortune: "A great way to keep healthy is to eat more Chinese food." I guess the marketer got hold of the fortunes for that cookie company.
New England weather is something that never grows old. In the last week, we have had high temperatures in the 50s, 60s, 70s and 90s.
Ahh, the nice consistent weather of New England.

you've been on a blogging rampage lately, Jared! Hooray! Congrats on the new counters - can't wait to see pics. It's also fun to see (one of) your frogs in the kitchen pic -- brings back memories of your awesome place in those Peabody apts (wasn't that the name of them?).
